Comprehensive Health Assessment

You're booked.

And I'm already looking forward to talking with you.

Booking this took something. Maybe you've been putting it off, wondering if you're too complicated a case, or whether anyone can actually help. I want you to know: that's exactly the kind of person this call is designed for.

I'll be thinking about you before we speak. Bring your full story. Nothing is too much, too weird, or too long-winded. The more I know, the more useful I can be.

This is a Google Meet video call. Your booking confirmation email contains the join link. Please don't wait for a phone call. You'll need to click the link and join. A quiet space and a working camera make a real difference.

The call

What to expect

  • 90 minutes Enough time to actually get into it: your history, your symptoms, what you've already tried, and what hasn't worked.
  • A real conversation Not a sales pitch. I'll listen, ask questions, and tell you honestly what I think might be happening, and whether I'm the right person to help.
  • No pressure If working together makes sense, I'll explain what that looks like. If it doesn't, I'll say so, and point you somewhere useful.

Before we speak

A few things worth thinking about

You don't need to prepare a presentation. But these three questions will help me make the most of our time together:

  • Your timeline. When did things start going wrong? Was there a clear trigger (a medication, a procedure, a period of intense stress) or was it more gradual?
  • What you've already tried. Tests, diets, supplements, medications, diagnoses. What helped, even a little? What made things worse?
  • What a good outcome looks like for you. Not a cure. What would "better" actually mean in your daily life? What do you most want back?

If you have medical notes, test results, or a current list of medications and supplements, have those nearby. You don't need to send anything in advance.

In the meantime

Worth exploring before we talk

I know how much it can take to trust one more person with your health story. I don't take that lightly.

See you soon.
