Every person who finds The Food Phoenix is usually hunting for it at 2am, exhausted and unconvinced that anything will actually help. A real account from someone who has been where they are is worth more than any amount of polished marketing copy.
What follows is not a prescription. It's a set of prompts in case you're staring at a blank page and wondering where to start. Write as much or as little as feels right. Two sentences and two pages are equally welcome. There is no wrong way to do this.
